Three Rivers Figure Skating Club

PLEASE READ ALL INFORMATION REQUIRED PRIOR TO  COMPLETING THIS REGISTRATION.

Permission to Test Form required for non-TRFSC Home Club members.  Please have your Figure Skating Club test chair email stormy614@hotmail.com permission to test no later than 10 days prior to testing day.

Other information:

• Available ice time and judges restrict the test schedule. 
• Full/limited sessions give priority to Home Club members over Associate and non-members, if a session is filled or limited due to ice/judges availability. 
• Registrations are accepted in the order in which they are received.
• Test cancellation requests received within 10-days of the test date will not receive a refund
• If you cancel your registration you MUST contact the test chair at:  stormy614@hotmail.com
